The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time (32 hrs. a week) Administrative Assistant in the Revenue Collections section, within the Board of County Commissioners.
The successful candidate must be 18 years of age, be a high school graduate or possess an acceptable equivalency diploma. One (1) of work experience in administrative, office, secretarial work or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provided the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with members of the public is required.
Qualified applicants must be able to perform a variety of duties in a busy, professional office. The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the Director of Revenue Collections. Must be able to multi-task efficiently. Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word as well as the ability to learn other software programs.
