Fiscal Operations provides oversight of all county financial transactions and supports all departments, divisions and other government agencies with policy compliance information and resources.  This office prepares and manages the County's annual budget. It is responsible for setting the budget schedule and procedures; estimating revenues for each fund; reviewing departmental budget requests; coordinating the budget requests of the 5 Constitutional Officers; recommending actions to the County Administrator; publishing and monitoring the budget and processing budget amendments and resolutions.
