Purpose of Hearing:
To Consider a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Acquisition of Property for Potential Use as a Recreational Park, Parking and Rest Area for the Ochlockonee Bay Bike Trail and a Parking Area for the Roho Boat Ramp on Ochlockonee Bay.
