The Human Resources Division is responsible for all facets of including recruitment/employment; implementation of policies/procedures; compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, unemployment, worker’s compensation, etc. Risk Management responsibilities include coordinating all risk management functions on behalf of the County including the Board Offices, and Constitutional Offices. Works with insurance vendors and acts as liaison regarding any risk management issues; processes and monitors claims, etc.
