NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on June 20, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, 29 Arran Rd, Crawfordville, FL, 32327.

Purpose of Hearing:
To Consider a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Acquisition of Property along Floyd Gray Road for Right-of-Way for Future Utilities and Road Paving.

Legal Description:
Commence at the Southeast comer of Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 2 West Wakulla County, Florida; thence run along the Southerly boundary line of said Section 26 as follows: South 89 degrees 47 minutes 43 seconds West 1181.52 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 47 minutes 43 seconds West 443.15 feet; thence leaving said Southerly boundary line run North 00 degrees 03 minutes 38 seconds East 707.59 feet to a point lying on the Southerly right of way line of a proposed right of way of Floyd Gray Road, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said POINT OF BEGINNING run along said Southerly right of way line as follows: North 82 degrees 25 minutes 45 seconds East 388.99 feet to a point of curve to the left having a radius of 825.00 feet; thence run Northeasterly along the arc through a central angle of 04 degrees 03 minutes 38 seconds for a distance of 58.47 feet, chord of said arc being North 80 degrees 23 minutes 56 seconds East 58.46 feet; thence leaving said Southerly right of way line run North 00 degrees 03 minutes 43 seconds East 51.13 feet to a point lying on the Northerly right of way line of said proposed right of way, said point lying on a curve to the right having a radius of 775.00 feet; thence run along said Northerly right of way line and said curve as follows: Southwesterly along the arc through a central angle of 04 degrees 49 minutes 36 seconds for a distance of 65.29 feet, chord of said arc being South 80 degrees 00 minutes 57 seconds West 65.27 feet; thence run South 82 degrees 25 minutes 45 seconds West 220.39 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 14 minutes 38 seconds West 7.32 feet to a rod and cap; thence run South 82 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West 162.00 feet; thence leaving said Northerly right of way line run South 00 degrees 03 minutes 38 seconds West 42.18 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.48 acres more or less.

That portion of land of Parcel 26-4S-02W-000-02167-001  26-4S-2W P-14-2-M-51 IN S 1/2 OF SE 1/4 OR 47 P 537 OR 326 P 324,235 as recorded in the official records of Wakulla County that is 25’ on both sides of the centerline of Floyd Gray Road in said parcel.
