EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES ROAD & BRIDGE TECHNICIAN I

The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners is seeking 2 qualified applicants for full-time entry-level positions as Road & Bridge Technician I.

Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the ability to use and operate equipment such as chain saws, lawnmowers, lawn equipment, and hand tools. ABILITIES: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.; work in various weather conditions; work around intense noise levels, vibrations, possible fumes, or noxious odors. Possible weekend work (rotating/on-call); possible holiday work.

CDL Driver’s License and heavy equipment experience is preferred but not required.
