NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on April 18, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, 29 Arran Rd, Crawfordville, FL, 32327.

Purpose of Hearing:
To Consider a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Acquisition of Property along Webster Road for Right-of-Way for Future Utilities and Future Road Paving.

Legal Description:
WEBSTER ROAD RIGHT OF WAY OF WAKULLA COUNTY PARCEL ID #00-00-072-000-10172-000, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:  Commence at an old concrete monument marking the Southwest  comer of Lot  72  of the  Hartsfield  Survey  of Lands in Wakulla County, Florida;     thence run along the Southerly boundary line of Lot 72 of said Hartsfield Survey of Lands, North 72 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 559.76 feet to a 6x6 St. Joe Paper Company Concrete monument, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving  said  POINT  OF  BEGINNING and said Southerly boundary line run North 18 degrees 15 minutes 22 seconds West 20.00 feet to a re-bar; thence run North 72 degrees 33 minutes 53 seconds East 198.33 feet to a re-bar; thence run South 17 degrees 51 minutes 08 seconds East 20.00 feet to a re-bar lying on the Southerly boundary line of Lot 72 of said Hartsfield Survey of lands; thence run along said Southerly boundary line South 72 degrees 33 minutes 55 seconds West 198.19 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.09 acres more or less.
