Notice of Intent to Sell - County Owned Surplus Property

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL
Wakulla County is interested in selling 4.82 acres of County owned surplus property located near the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 319 and Whiddon Lake Rd.; Parcel ID 18-3S-01W-000-04492-000.  The property will be sold “as is.” Interested persons must be able to close within 60 days and should submit a proposed purchase price by October 14, 2021 to Wakulla County BOCC, Attn:  David Edwards, County Administrator, 3093 Crawfordville Hwy., Crawfordville, FL. 32327 or via email to dedwards@mywakulla.com.  The interested party whose offer is accepted will be required to enter into the County’s standard land sale agreement; contact the County Administrator for a copy of this agreement or if additional information is needed. Please contact the County Administrator to schedule an appointment to inspect the property. All reasonable offers will be considered, but the County may reject some or all offers in its sole discretion.
