NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on October 4, 2021 at 5:00p.m. in the Commission Chambers, 29 Arran Rd., Crawfordville, FL  32327, to Consider:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WAKULLA COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS; CREATING A NEW ARTICLE III WITHIN CHAPTER 30 OF THE WAKULLA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITLED PARKING REGULATIONS; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; PROVIDING FOR JURISDICTION; PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF NO PARKING AREAS, LIMITED TIME PARKING AREAS, PARKING METER ZONES, AND TOW-AWAY ZONES ON COUNTY PROPERTY AND COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING VIOLATIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, FOR CODIFICATION, AND FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A copy of this ordinance shall be available for inspection by the public at 3093 Crawfordville Highway, Crawfordville, FL 32327.  Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing or submit comments and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.  If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
