EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES RE-ADVERTISEMENT Road & Bridge Technician II

The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Road & Bridge Technician II in the Road & Bridge Division.

Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of two years of related heavy equipment experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the ability to use and operate equipment such as excavators, front end loaders, skid steers, chain saws, lawn mowers and lawn equipment, direct and control traffic at work sites, etc. ABILITIES: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.; work in various weather conditions; work around intense noise levels, vibrations, possible fumes, or noxious odors. Possible weekend work (rotating/on-call); possible holiday work and pass a drug screening and background check.

CDL-B Driver’s License is required.
