Notice of Public Hearing - Riversink Water System

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING

TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE SALE OF ALL OF THE WATER UTILITY ASSETS OF WAKULLA COUNTY, FLORIDA’S RIVERSINK WATER SYSTEM, LOCATED IN WAKULLA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO TALQUIN WATER AND WASTEWATER, INC. IS IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST
 
Wakulla County, Florida (the “County”), announces a public hearing to which all interested persons are invited. Such public hearing will be held to determine whether the County’s sale and transfer of its Riversink Water System utility assets, located in Wakulla County, Florida, to Talquin Water and Wastewater, Inc. is in the public interest. The public hearing will be held at 5:00p.m. on October 21, 2019 at the Commission Chambers, 29 Arran Road, Crawfordville, Florida, 32327. 
 
All customers of the County, affected property owners, tenants or occupants, and all other interested persons, shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed acquisition. All such persons shall also be entitled to file written comments with the County.
