NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a Special Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 3:00p.m.at the Commission Chambers,  29 Arran Rd., Crawfordville, FL.

Purpose of Meeting:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WAKULLA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING WAKULLA COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 17-04 REGARDING LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS INVOLVING THE USE, POSSESSION, CONSUMPTION, PURCHASE, DISPENSATION, SALE OR OFFER FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON COUNTY PROPERTY; REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR SUCH SPECIAL EVENTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
