EXTENSION OFFICE MANAGER
ANTICIPATED VACANCY  

The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified applicants for an Office Manager in the UF/IFAS Extension Office Facility of the Board of County Commissioners.

The successful candidate must be 18 years of age, be a high school graduate or possess an acceptable equivalency diploma.  Five (5) years of clerical and/or office management experience.  Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.

Qualified applicants must be able to perform a variety of duties in a busy, professional office.  The selected candidate will wear many hats including, but not limited to: providing administrative support to the Extension Director; must be able to provide outstanding customer service as this position serves not only staff but has day to day contact with the public both by phone, correspondence and/or face to face. Perform routine day to day operational tasks for the office; must be able to review and implement policies and procedures; must be computer literate and be highly organized and able to handle a multi-line telephone system.  Applicants with supervisory experience will be given preference.
