All Programs will be held at the Wakulla County Community Center Gymnasium located at 318 Shadeville Highway, Crawfordville, Florida 32326.

     Adult Open Gym Basketball

SESSION DATES: Mondays: October 2nd, October 16th,  & October 23rd, &
                               October 30th. (NOT on 10/9/17)

                               Wednesdays; October 4th, October 11th,  October 18th, &
                               October 25th

AGES:                    12 and up

TIMES:                   6:15 PM to 8:00 PM

COST:                    $2.00 entry fee cost.

INFO:                     Open gym for pickup basketball games.

SESSION DATES:  Tuesdays: October 3rd, October 10th, October 17th, 
                                October 24th & October 31st

                                Thursdays: October 5th, October 12th, October 19th , &
                                October 26th

AGES:                     12 and up.

TIMES:                     9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

COST:                     $2.00 entry fee cost.

INFO:                      Open gym for self- organizing pickleball games.

Country Western Line Dancing                       

SESSION DATES: Thursdays: October 5th, October 12th, October  19th, &  
                               October 26th                                                                              

AGES:                    All Mature Citizens

TIMES:                   7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

COST:                    $2.00 entry fee cost per night

INSTRUCTOR: Bob Arnold, Certified by the National Teachers Association for Country Western Dance.

INFO: Looking for a fun, active, and good workout. The Wakulla County Recreation Department is offering a weekly line dance evening at the Wakulla County Community Center.

The Emcee has completed and has held certifications by the National Teachers Association for Country Western Dance and will teach and provide instruction for the evening. Leather or a similar hard-sole shoe is recommended.

 Zumba

SESSION DATES: Mondays:  October 2nd, Ocober 9th, October 16th, October 
                                                 23rd, & October 30th. 

AGES:                    12 and up

TIMES:                    6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

INSTRUCTOR:       Gee Wilson

COST:                     $2.00 entry fee cost.

INFO:   A phenomenal, fun, and powerful ZUMBA workout. Participants should bring a towel, water bottle, and a positive willingness to succeed! Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

Carolina Shag

SESSION DATES: Wednesdays; October 4th, October 11^th, October 18th, & 
                                                      October 25th    

(6-week session and will continue into November on the 1st & 8th)

AGES:               12 and up

TIMES:              7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

INSTRUCTOR:  Sam Martin, 18 years of dancing experience and 10 years of teaching experience.

COST:              $2.00 entry fee cost.

INFO:   Time to learn some Carolina Shag! For people who love music, dancing, and socializing. The Carolina Shag is a partner dance done primarily to Beach Music. Today, the Shag is a recognized dance in national and international dance competitions held across the United States, so come on out and try it.
