Notice of Public Hearing:

 The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on April 15, 2019 at 5:00p.m. in the Commission Chambers, 29 Arran Rd.,  Crawfordville, FL.  32327

Purpose of Hearing:

To Consider a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Acquisition of Property on Whiddon Lake Road for Road Realignment. 

Legal Description:

The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (S ½ of SE ¼ of NE ¼) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Three (3) South, Range One (1) West. LESS one acre thereof conveyed to the Board of Public Instructions of Wakulla County, Florida, by N.M. Raker et ux by deed dated July 1, 1902 and recorded in Deed Book 4 at page 223 of the Public Records of Wakulla County, Florida. LESS ALSO 0.62 acre for right of way for State Road No 369, as per deed from Pharaba E. Conway et vir to the State of Florida, dated January 27,1948 and recorded in Deed Book 35 at page 67 of the records of said county, containing over and above said exceptions 18.38 acres, more or less.
