The Animal Services Department is responsible for protecting both the public and animals' health and safety through the enforcement of county codes and rules and regulations; to promote and enforce the law, ordinances and regulations pertaining to Animal Control; to promote pet ownership and kindness to animals; instill in the public through education and by example, respect and compassion for animals; and, to protect the interest of animals, owners, and non-owners alike in such a way that the pet ownership is a simultaneous benefit to the owners and to pets without becoming a burden on the community.

Crawfordville, Florida
Hours of Operation:
Tuesday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
After Hours Emergency - If you have an after-hour emergency with a sick, injured or aggressive stray animal, please contact the on-call Animal Control Officer with Animal Services at (850) 445-6480. Visit Animal Control for further information.
