Wakulla County Industrial Development Authority

Industrial Development Authority Board reviews and recommends to the Board of County Commissioners a Company’s request to finance projects under an Industrial Development Revenue Bond. Typically, Industrial authorities establish Guidelines and Procedures by which they operate. Typically, IDAs work closely with the county Economic Development agency to foster the business climate for companies conducting business in the respective are by examining the advantages, facilities, resources, products, attractions, and conditions concerning the county with relation to the encouragement of economic development in that county.
